Montessori Academy of Owasso admits children of any race, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities available to children at the center. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, national and ethnic origin in the administration of its education programs.
Admissions are based on availability of space, gender ratio in each class, and determination by the staff and parents that a child is ready. Prospective parents and students are required to tour the center and meet with an administrator prior to enrollment.
Enrolled families will be given the opportunity to enroll for the following year before enrollment is open to the public. These applications will be handed out to families in early spring. Open enrollment will begin 2 weeks after enrolled families receive their forms. A completed enrollment application will hold your child a placement in our school.
Unless paid in full at the beginning of the year or semester, all tuition payments must be made through automatic payment with our PaySimple system. Families will be required to submit a bank account number and routing number in order to make these payments.
Withdrawal of student for non-payment occurs immediately unless other arrangements have been made by the director.
Once an enrollment application has been completed and signed by a parent, there must be a 60 day written notice made to the school in order to withdraw a child from the school. Parents are responsible to pay tuition for the contracted rate for these 60 days, whether our services are used or not. If this notice is not given, family is responsible to pay tuition through the end of the enrollment agreement.
If student is withdrawn during the summer before the upcoming school year begins, families are responsible to pay tuition for the contracted rate for 60 days.
